How can I contact Flower Shop?

You can contact us anytime through email, whatsapp or call our hotline numbers during our working hours Sundays to Thursdays from  9 AM-10PM and Fridays @ 12NN-10PM.

The order I received was not acceptable, how can I contact you?

How long does the online payment refund process take?

The duration of the refund process varies depending on the payment method you used. For K-Net it may take up to 3 working days. The refund for MasterCard and Visa may take up to 6 days. To learn more about our refund policy, we invite you to read our Terms and Conditions.

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do?

Contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order.

Do you have chocolate, cakes and balloons too?

Chocolate, cakes and balloons are not available. We only have fresh and preserved flowers.

How can I customize my arrangement?

We offer a wide variety of arrangement to choose from. You can always customize your arrangement with your flower and color of choice through the order process or you can contact us directly through whatsapp for a whole new arrangement you like.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. An email/sms notification will be sent to you once you placed an order. Change of order status will send you an email notification. 

Can I do one order with different dates?

Indeed. You may. You can select a specific date  when you order an arrangement online. For orders that you already processed, you can contact us through whatsapp  and provide your order number so we can track it for you.

Can I change the delivery location of my order?

Yes. You can change the delivery location by contacting us through whatsapp. Please contact us 2 hrs before your expected delivery time.

If I placed an order, how long does it take to receive the order?

We have different set of time where your order will be processed and will be delivered to you or to your receiver.  The Flower Shop team will contact you once your order has been processed for confirmation before we  send your order for delivery.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can order as a guest. Provide your contact details correctly to make sure that we can communicate with you for a smooth flow of your order process and delivery.

Do you have Debit Card / Credit Cards services?

Payment process can be done through online payment. We also have cash or card payment upon delivery.

What does Flower Shop do?

Flower Shop sources and designs the best flower arrangements and displays them over our platform for customers to choose from. Once a bouquet is selected, Flower Shop prepares the arrangements and does the last-mile delivery of it.
